Are Intellio Toys safe for children?
Yes. Every product is made with high-quality, non-toxic materials and tested to meet safety standards for children's use. Your child's safety is our top priority.
What age are your toys suitable for?
Each product page lists a recommended age range. Please follow it closely — some toys contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard for younger children.
Do your toys contain small parts?
Some do. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years old and should always be used under adult supervision. Age guidance is shown on each product page.
What materials are your toys made of?
We use premium, durable, and child-safe materials chosen for both safety and longevity, so your child's favorite toy lasts through years of play.
Do the toys come with instructions?
Yes, where applicable. Toys that require building or assembly include clear, easy-to-follow instructions in the box.
Do the product photos match the actual item?
We work hard to represent colors and details as accurately as possible. That said, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Product images are for illustration purposes.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@intelliotoys.co and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it within a few hours, email us at support@intelliotoys.co and we'll confirm your order details.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide and welcome customers from all over the globe.

We ship worldwide — no matter where you are, Intellio Toys delivers.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, so you'll always see the cost before completing your order.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?
Please allow up to 3 business days after ordering, and check your spam folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@intelliotoys.co.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, factors beyond our control — high order volumes, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays — can affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, we're always here to help.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@intelliotoys.co with your order number, postal code, and the reason for your return. Once approved, you'll ship the item back and share the tracking number.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What now?
We're sorry about that! Contact us right away at support@intelliotoys.co with your order number and a photo or description of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. For other situations, please start a standard return.
