Refund policy

At Intellio Toys, we stand behind every product we make. We know that choosing the right toys for your child matters, and we want your experience with us to be completely worry-free. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by your order tracking) to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or neglect
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Intellio Toys cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Fees
To cover handling and processing:
- Up to 2 products: $6.00
- Each additional product: +$6.00 per item
Uncollected or Refused Deliveries
If an order is not collected or is refused at delivery, it will be treated as a voluntary return. The standard return fees apply, and any additional costs incurred — including outbound shipping, return shipping, customs duties, or handling — will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Haven't received your refund yet? Check your bank balance again, contact your card provider (posting times vary), then reach out to your bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received it, email support@intelliotoys.co.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To exchange a defective item for the same product, email support@intelliotoys.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for its value once the return is received and approved. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser, who will be notified.
Warranty
If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, Intellio Toys will, at its discretion, repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
To file a claim, email support@intelliotoys.co with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, exchange, or store-credit request, email support@intelliotoys.co with:
- Your order number
- Your postal code
- The reason for your return
Once approved, ship the item back and send us the tracking number — returns without a tracking number can't be guaranteed as received.
